We are an association designed by athletes for athletes. A community of the most diverse people who enjoy doing sports together. We offer a wide variety of courses for this purpose.

With around 100 members, a community has grown together that also exists beyond sport. Diversity is very important to us. All people with the most diverse backgrounds are welcome to join us!

Trial training units are possible with us at any time with prior registration.

Please show up for the agreed training 15 minutes before the course starts, so that there is enough time to show you the gym and to answer any questions you may have.

From the beginning and for everyone

For people with no prior experience and interested sports enthusiasts, we offer an MMA Basic course.

Furthermore, we would like to encourage more women to try out martial arts and to conquer this supposed male domain. Discover the fighter in you! If there are enough interested women, we also offer special seminars for women.

It is important to us that we work together respectfully and that all athletes are supported where it is needed.

For the whole family

A sports course for children is also of particular importance to us, since exercise is very important for children and human values are conveyed and promoted.

We also offer more general sports courses such as functional fitness or yoga. We always adapt our courses to the needs of our trainees and want to make sure that everyone gets their money's worth.

The Association - The Community

However, a club is only as strong as its members. A club is not a profit-oriented organization like most gyms, for example, but a community of people who want to get something done together. For this purpose, a board of directors made up of different people has come together.

We want to transform martial arts from its negative image into an attractive sport for everyone. To this end, we also cooperate with the GEMMAF.

The German Mixed Martial Arts Federation (GEMMAF) has been pursuing the vision of recognizing MMA sport in Germany since 2014. With important partners such as the UFC and our umbrella organization the IMMAF, the largest MMA association in the world with over 60 national associations, we are also committed to making MMA an Olympic sport.
